Mr Delivery ****med me

Today at 11:36 I placed a KFC order through Mr Delivery, the money deducted from my bank account, however I cannot track the driver nor see where the order is. Their customer service line is useless because you get placed on hold for almost an hour with irritating music playing in the background.. How do I get my refund??!! This is absolutely appalling to say the least..
