Mr Delivery / McDonald's

I ordered food at McDonald's via Mr Delivery on the 17 July 2021 and made a mistake by not selecting for delivery instead i selected collect but called in to cancel the order I was given the run around and no one could assist me so I lost R51.90 which I feel they could have corrected and refunded me to my credit wallet but no one was willing to assist me I'm very upset because of the money and airtime used for nothing please do something about ur service next time.
