MR delivery made me fetch my own food

Mr Delivery suck....I order from them through app from Burger King. I have ordered from them on previous occasions and had no problem with the delivery to my address. After I ordered I waited for my order and when I didn't receive any further prompt from the app I looked in the app and it said I had to collect my own food from burger King, this did not make any sense to me as if I wanted to collect my own food I would not have used Mr delivery. When I phone when I phoned them to ask what is going on they said according to them I said I would collect on the app. I have no idea why somebody would pay to use the Mr delivery app to order food they have to collect them self. I was then informed I was then informed by the lady on the other side of the line that they could give no refund and I would have to collect my own food I demanded that she escalate the matter. I have ever started to drive to iburger King which is about 20 km from my home and I would never have ordered from them under normal circumstances as they are too far. my way she again phone me and now told me no no tall cancel the order and I can order again I told her to stuff it as I'm already on my way to burger King and that is why I'm very unhappy and sitting in the drive-thru at burger King and Mr delivery is not paying me to sit here.
