MR Delivery Lockdown level 4 , could not handle the capacity of orders and and stole my money and didn't deliver food

On Saturday the 2nd May 2020, I've ordered McDonalds after Trying for longer that 45 minutes in their App. after 15 minutes my order was not processed but my money was taken TWICE from my account for the amount of R311, 80 X 2 this is a total of R623,60 out of my account. With still no meals. my kidz had to stay hungry. this is unacceptable and utter nonsense from MR D. I have send them 3 emails with no response and the number on the web site does not go through. this is ***** and and something must be done urgently please. They knew that they wont be able to handle the capacity of the online orders why didn't they make better plans prior to to this. I am very disappointed honestly, and i want this money back immediately.
