MR DELIVERY IS USELESS

Extremely poor service, we ordered 20:04pm 2hour later we phoned MR DELIVERY. REPORTING we have not received our order.... they "escalated" the problem telling me they will phone me back... never phoned back.... phoned them 20min later to go through the the whole process again... still no one has contacted me... MR DELIVERY YOU ARE USELESS... WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR AN ANSWER!!!! I WANT A FULL REFUND BECAUSE THIS IS NOT A SMALL AMOUNT WE HAVE PAID.... and i dont want a voucher..... coupon I want an immediate payment like we must pay immediately I won't wait for my money to be paid back! I WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF YOUR SERVICES AGAIN... sorry for Macau Cuisine Bonaero Park for losing this order I'll rather order from you directly! So disgusted in MR DELIVERY... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
