Mr Delivery is Useless!

I am so tired of Mr Delivery ****ty service! EVERY SINGLE TIME I order there is a problem! Today I placed my order through the Mr D app and my food was supposed to arrive at 12.15pm. By 12.30 my food still hadn't arrived and had not even been collected. So I phoned Mr Delivery to find out what is happening and they told me that the food is ready at the restaurant but they don't have anyone to collect the order..... ARE YOU JOKING?! They are a Delivery company.... their only job is literally to deliver the orders....

I then asked the guy on the phone what time my order will be collected and delivered and he was so uncaring and basically told me that he doesn't know and I must just wait for my order. So I just cancelled the whole order.

How can they accept my order and take my money if they know they don't have any drivers available???

This is only one of the hundreds of problems I have had with Mr D. They are the most useless company in SA!!
