Mr delivery is trash

Mr delivery is nonsense and I'll never use them again. A notification from the app says the delivery (a pizza from panarottis) has arrived, I went outside and no driver. I had a 2 year old in the house so I had to go back inside. I went outside again after 2 minutes still no driver and went back inside. I emailed Mr delivery and a guy named Thandie called saying he will check what is happening. He called again saying driver is outside, I went out but again no driver. I did this back and forth more than 5 times. Then got called by a Nicole who called and told me the same thing. How frustrating. And why don't your drivers call when they are running late or lost? Im really disappointed in your service
