Mr delivery is *****ing from me

I placed an order at Jabulani nandos using Mr delivery, the driver went to a different location that I didn't type. The driver called me saying his at the location to deliver my food, when I went to the gate he wasn't there. I went back inside and called him using my work phone and asked him where his at. He told me that the GPS directed him to rockville. I directed him to my location, he said he'll get back to me. When he got back to me he said he can't deliver my order. I requested a refund from Mr delivery and they said they can't refund me cause I was not at the location on my address and I was there. I've been using this address for various courier services and have received my parcels. Mr delivery has cheated me.
