MR DELIVERY IS ********

I placed an order on Saturday with Kfc , and Mr Delivery is doing delivering service. i entered my address and details correctly, the driver message me and said they don't deliver in Vereeniging, i stay in Kibler Park not Vereeniging. I called Mr Delivery and spoke to agent by the name of Diapile, which promised to call me back in 5min, up until today, sunday at 12:45 i called again and spoke to Sherwin same thing they will me back nothing, i called again and spoke to Matthew and promised heaven and earth to call me back in 15minutes , that hasnt happen, no manager or supervisor is ever available. these guys is bunch of ***** and useless with customer service, last night after 7 i called again and spoke to Khanye she promised to call me back and she did, now when she called back there suddenly a credit card ***** on the app with my number but no one could tell me this, i just think they don't want give my money back. i just needed them to reset a email address. still i don't have any feedback. and all their agents is refusing to give their surnames . UNBELIVEABLE THEY CAN KEEP THAT MONEY
