MR DELIVERY IS PATHETIC ????

PATHETIC, lol basically a joke.

Ordered today from mochachos & then received a email from Mr Delivery 15 minutes later ( almost close to the time for food delivery) stating that “ Unsuccessful food delivery) we are investigating but the tracking still shows it’s on its way ???? what a service we pay for hey?

Then I called - I HAD TO CALL BECAUSE NOBODY EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL ME SHAME ( what a service they try to run)

They state , the restaurant was closed during the time of the order but the order went through? ( Mochachos Grand West ) seems abit fishy as Grand West restaurants & so fourth are always open. Nevertheless they said I should contact another restaurant.

My brand preference is Mochachos because of their food so I ordered from their Parow branch , looks like their quality or image would be destroyed with wanting to go in business with Mr Delivery.

What a ****** shame.
