Mr Delivery is pathetic

Funny how most of your reviews are one star.... I think NOT. Your service is pathetic, your communication services is pathetic and the app is pathetic. We called everyone we could think of to help with our problem and eveyone says the same thing " we don't know". AGAIN, pathetic!! You take our money and give us back 50% for a order that we did not receive . How in the word does that seem fair to you and what do you do with the food???? I know you don't give it back to the restaurants. My guess is you keep the food and you keep 50 % of the money. To do what with???? You say you will come back to us but never do, we called like 5 times and eventually you awnser but tell us " no this is how it works talk to the driver" but we talked to the driver and he said " no I'm just the driver call the office". STOP BEING PATHETIC AND FIX YOUR PROBLEMS. HELP YOUR CLIENTS AND GIVE BACK THE WHOLE AMOUNT THEY PAID FOR THEIR FOOD THEY DID NOT RECEIVE.
