Mr delivery is pathetic

I have been in a constant fight over a refund with them, my food the last time I ordered was raw and cold. And they did NOTHING. I told Carlyn for mr delivery to what account to pay the refund and they are busy lying to me about saying my money has been refunded. The customer service is pathetic.
