Mr Delivery is now a **** fest

Pathetic! And that’s putting it lightly. I live within an estate where security has to call to give access to visitors. The app said my food was delivered meanwhile I didn’t even a call from the main gate!! I log a query and I’m told they can’t refund me if I didn’t log the query within 3 hours. Mind you i logged the query almost immediately after i got the notification that my food was delivered. I even attempted calling their helpdesk after logging the query on the app and was put on hold for more than 15min. Disgusting!!! Sies! ****** ********!!
