Mr delivery is not trustworthy by sorting out issues and paying back your money

I have placed a order on the 7th of March, there was possible ***** regarding the payment I have escalated the matter to 1 of their virtual assistants, waiters, and we are now at the 26th of March and the matter is not resolved, no feedback, I check in weekly. This is ridiculous really.
