MR DELIVERY IS MR *****!!!!

I have been using Mr. Delivery from time to time, Sadly their service has dropped drastically. I am going to mention two terrible incidents I have experienced in one month. First Incident: Order two Oreo MacFlurrys, with Fudge sauce, but when the food arrived it had Strawberry Jam on it. Who the Hell puts jam on Ice cream? It was completely inedible and had to go straight into the bin. Wasted money, empty bellies and no refund in sight, Why? Because they claim its what I ordered, so i did a test, and no its their developers code that broken you order one thing and it doesn't order it. Second Incident happened Friday. We had load shedding so I placed a simple order from Barcelo's. Already it was going to take a hour, but i waited in vain.... when delivery time had been reached and no food collection, no app changes no update, I called them. Guess what? the App never sent the delivery request to the hub, so they only wanted to do it an hour after ordering. I said i would give them 15minutes to get my food to me or i want to cancel the order and get a full cash refund returned to me because i said if my food isn't here, Im deleting your services. Guess what? after 15minutes nothing, no update no change, I call again. I get told they promise to refund me immediately and they will cancel the order because the driver refused to go collect the order. Today I am still waiting for the money i earned to be returned to me. Instead I am fighting still with their customer **** off service who want to credit me on the app. Which I deleted. they even telling me how to get it cashed out. So now they want me to redownload the app to get my money. WHAT A JOKE!!!! Stop supporting **** service and **** companies that ***** your money and then have the audacity to blame you and make their mess your fault. I haven't been paid back my money, I had to re-order on uber and the food arrived in 15 minutes. MR Delivery is Mr. NO SHOW! or MR *****!
