Mr Delivery is a ****

Mr Delivery double charged my credit card for a transaction and did not deliver the contents of the first order. It was confirmed in writing that the amount will be refunded to me but this has not happened. On complaining about this the company confirmed they will not refund the amount but issued a voucher of R35 on the order. The driver was delivering on an unlicensed motor cycle, holding no identification other than a foreign drivers license. The food was out of the original packaging and all over a plastic drum which was manually affixed to the vehicle. photographic evidence was taken. The matter has been reported to my bankers who will take the matter further.
