MR DELIVERY IS A ******* AND THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC. RATHER USE ANOTHER DELIVERY SERVICE.

I placed an order with Mr Delivery shortly after 12:00 on 20-03-2025. The funds were debited from my account, however the order was not reflecting on my Mr D Account. I called and Edwisa, a call centre agent, advised that the order was not processed to the restaurant and that Mr. D will refund my account. I proceeded to place an order with Uber Eats just before 13:00, who delivered my food an about 15 minutes. 10 Minutes later I received another delivery from Mr. D. I called and spoke to Lisa Mgojo who was very slow in what she was doing and told me that they can't refund me. I WANT SOMEONE TO SEND A DRIVER TO COLLECT THIS FOOD AND PLEASE REFUND MY ACCOUNT, AS A MR DELIVERY CONSULTANT TOLD ME THAT I WILL BE REFUNDED. Order: #DFD***
