Mr delivery is a **** and *****s people's money!

Disgusting customer service I feel like I was ****med of my hard earned money. They're stupid app malfunctioned and I never got any notification to say he was outside with my order. He didn't even call me. Because this was not my fault I want full refund. They told me I'm only Entitled to fifty percent refund. I explained this was not my fault and the app showed the food never left the restaurant. They then messaged ans said I would be refunded. They still have not bothered to refund me. And they just ignore my messages. I feel like they running a scan *****ing people's money.
