Mr delivery I want my money

I ordered food using Mr d and didn't receive my order went to the branch and I was not assisted I sent an query for a refund request but they rep**** with a email

Refer to part A section 9.3.2 of our Terms ans Conditions if needed.

Kindly be advised that you would have needed to be present at the address selected on the order.

As this was not done you would not be able to request a refund as the driver has followed his process and headed to the address on the order and tried to make contact, the order has been failed and the restaurant
