Mr Delivery have taken our money and no refund!

I am one of the customer's for order #DFD***.4 where money was taken from the bank account used to purchase without the order even being accepted. Mr Delivery have promised us a refund 2 weeks ago but nothing has come through to date and no further communication received from them. This is unacceptable. Their care for customers is very disappointing and service is pathetic. I've seen many complaints of this similar nature and it is clear that Mr D is hoarding people's money.
