Mr Delivery has turned *************!

I have been a long time customer of Mr D. My last few deliveries had problems, food was incorrect, food late or the food was cold. Tonight however was the last straw. I ordered through Mr D pizza at Romans in Rietfontein as I have several times before. The food should have been delivered by 18:44. At 19:49 I was informed that I am out of reach they cannot deliver. How is this possible as I have previously ordered from them, not once but several times. I did not receive any food. I logged a query. I can only hope to receive back my money as I did not even receive my food although it was collected from Romans. Wonder who is eating my pizzas now?!
