Mr delivery has turned into a bunch of *******

I want to express my deepest annoyance and frustration caused by the Mr delivery app. Not only did they cancel an order without explaining they proceeded to take my money and not refund it. That’s basic theft in my opinion and I’m disgusted at the arrogance this app has by not responding to any communication. I was not informed as to why my order was cancelled for one and they didn’t try to communicate why.
