Mr Delivery has no customer service

I have lodged several complaints. They just don’t ever get back to you or you have to run after them and call them repetitively to get some kind of lame excuse stating we can’t do anything or there is no solution. I payed for items that just never got delivered- put in a complaint and as per usual no service from them. Mr D answers their phone saying they are the “favourite delivery service”, but their service is below standard and they have no interest on client service. They are too happy when you loose money to their benefit. Thanks for nothing.
