Mr Delivery has delivered ridiculous service.

Mr Delivery has to be ridiculous with this one. I placed an order #DFD***7. No chips received and I had change that was due to me which the delivery man did not give me. I also instructed that no ice be added on my drink and well there was ice so more of unpleasant surprises.

I called customer care to have this resolved with no luck, I spoke to a consultant (Masimbe) and the manager (Mauwiya). I requested that they give me a complete order exactly the way I had instructed with my change. I don't want a coupon or a free delivery for just chips. I want my full meal and my change.
