Mr Delivery Guys didn't deliver my order

on 10.09.2026 i ordered a McDonalds meal via the Mr. Delivery app , how ever the meal was never received my meal, when i checked the camaras at work the driver stood outside my work place for =/- 3 mins without entering the premises or communication. I then contacted the Mr Delivery customer service and was given an automated message . I am greatly disappointed being a first time user off the app. i lost R122 due to this and will never use the app nor recommend it to anyone I know
