Mr Delivery got NO SERVICE delivery

Placed an order yesterday via Mr. Delivery @20h40. Estimated time of delivery was 21h25. By 21h45 I called the call centre to follow up, which they told me it is not collected from restaurant yet and I need to call back in 20min if the status does not change. Pathetic, but ok the food was collected 21h48 atlast - By 21h54 the app updated and said they around the corner. Now aiting and waiting with no sign of the delivery or a call from the driver. I called the call centre again, and as expected - NO SERVICE, I was told from their side there is not much more they can do and a refund will be processed if there is no response from the driver within 5 minutes of my call. At 22:26 the driver called and said he is at the gate, which he actually was not as he was now lost and have NO IDEA where he was when I called back trying to get my food delivered. He eventually arrived 22:35, as high as the sky - When we asked why he is so late, we were just told "ah sorry, enjoy your meal" - An ice cold pizza meal we paid over R 200.00 for and tip the useless driver. I am very disappointed with the service received and want a refund as Mr Delivery wasted my time and money.
