Mr delivery gives no service just takes your money

Ordered food from Honchos Bayview using Mr Delivery App. Delivery was quick. But food was incorrect. I asked for no sauce. The description of food item on app is chicken and cheese schwarma. There is no mention of coleslaw. I find this very misleading. Alot of people have different dietary preferences and requirements. Mr delivery should have more indepth description of food items on their menus. I called honchos and they said they cannot do anything. So i wasted money on food i cannot eat, still hungry and no refund. I will not be using Mr Delivery or Honchos again! How do you expect customers to know what goes into your wraps if it is not stated on the menu? If we dont know the menu then how do we state what we want n dont want in the comments?
