Mr Delivery Fourways Johannesburg sucks!!!!!

They do not even deserve ONE star!!! I ordered food from Mr Delivery site from The fish and chips co at Fourways Mall. My food NEVER arrived, after I had paid for it - R569.89 - which included a voucher, which Mr Delivery had given me for being a first timer, of R50 and a tip of R54 for the driver!!!

I tried calling Mr D, and oh boy that was laughable!! The normal BS about being too busy to take my call etc. I then used the Whatsapp number to text, HAHAHAHAHAHA that is an even bigger joke!!!!! I had placed my order around 13:00 at Mr D on their site, but got no feedback except a few screenshots which I can attach for you to see telling me Mr D was waiting for the fish and chips co to let them know what is happening.

And so the minutes turned into hours and still no food!!!

I eventually got hold of the fish and chips co phone number and called them. The owner, I presume, gave the phone to his wife, and she eventually helped me source our food! She checked their emails etc but no order had been received their side. Anyway, long story short, she asked if I could pick the food up myself as she would give us the food and then try to reclaim the money from Mr D.

We went to the mall, fetched the food, and eventually had dinner instead of lunch as we eventually got food by 16:00!!

Now, someone needs to give the owner of the Fish and chips co her money for the meal and MR D has it. I am also very annoyed that I had to ride to go fetch the food myself AFTER paying the driver R54 to bring it to us, which of course, never happened!!

Just so you know, as I do not think anyone will bother to reply to my email either I will NOT be using Mr Delivery ever again!!

Eventually, FOUR hours after sending a message on Whatsapp, Saskia rep**** on Whatsapp and as I was in a call, she just closed the chat without giving me time to reply. And when I did reply, I only got the automated reply and the chat was closed again.

I am not impressed at all with how this has been handled and will definitely broadcast the very poor assistance I received in sorting it out!!!

And now, I received an automated email saying Mr Delivery does NOT reply to emails!! And I must contact them on their site!! Lovely!! I did that and have now also sent a reply email on their email from complaints.

Need I say that I WILL NEVER EVER use Mr Delivery again!!!
