Mr Delivery forgets items they charged you for

The order was missing the Krusher drink. We called the service centre who assured me a credit, but only on the drink value. I asked if they would send the drink per the driver, to negate driver delivery fee. Why must I pay an extra delivery fee if it he didnt bring it first time ? She said the driver had to "decide that" and then said they would contact me last that evening. That didn't happen. I also dont have a credit, or any feedback or apology.
