Mr Delivery Food might leave you waiting for hours with no food or explaination why

On the 15th of July I ordered food Order Number DFD***9 for some food from The Raj Waterfall.

I waited for 3 hours and no food was ever delivered. Nobody from the contact center could give me any details on whether my food was being made, or even delivered (they didnt know where the driver was or what he was doing). They had no idea where their driver was but could also not tell me if my food was prepared by the restaurant.

No explanation was ever given, I was simply refunded.

So if you order from MrD Food, there is a chance you will wait for hours, not get your food and no explanation as to why.

Refund and all, I will never be using them again.
