Mr Delivery first class complaint handling

2 times I had complaints about uncorrect/incomplete orders from 2 different restaurants. The team of Mr Delivery handled my complaints efficiently and friendly and in both cases furnished me with a voucher. Important to say that neither shortcomings were their faults.
