Mr Delivery- failure at all levels

Astonishingly bad. Food arrived more than 30 min late. Driver tried to blame restaurant but I had called and food was ready on time. Driver subsequently confirmed he had arrived 20 min late. Also part of order was not delivered. I logged complaint on Mr D website. Promises to respond ASAP never materialized. When I eventually received a response, it took no responsibility for food being incomplete and inedible. Subsequently I checked on Twitter and there are many, many similar complaints. Not acceptable in any way
