Mr Delivery fails to deliver calls ur refund a coupon

So I had a missing food item a Mc Donald's cheese burger valued at R28 meant for my toddler and it doesn't arrive so I contact Mr Delivery and they send me a blady coupon for R28 I didn't want a coupon I want my flipping food and that's not a coupon that my dam money returned trapped in a coupon only to spend on Mr delivery who the hell is going to pay for the delivery again???? Pathetic setvice
