“Mr Delivery” FAILS to Deliver

I and firstly working night shift and did not bring food from home. I placed an order at 20:56 DFD***, received an email from a Mohammad A at 21:30 stating that they detected that the driver had not yet arrived at my premises and were working on resolving the matter. 21:34 I make a call to the Mr D Contact Centre and the Lady said I should wait for 10 - 15 min she will resolve the matter. I call back again at 21:57 and am told unfortunately food deliveries don’t go out after 22:00, I will receive a refund in 3-4 days. So now I spent the last money in my account to buy the meal that I did not get. I can’t get my money back so that I can at least go to a garage and get something to eat. Your service is very poor and disappointing.
