Mr Delivery fail to deliver!

I would've given them zero stars if that were possible. I made two orders (Pedro's and McDonald's) with Mr D Foods. The first one I waited an hour and a half, only to receive an email stating that an error occurred and the order is canceled. I did not receive any feedback as to why the order was canceled especially after i waited that long for food to be delivered. They credited my account and I was rather hungry and angry at that point so I immediately made another order with a different restaurant, the food also arrived late, about 20 minutes late. The driver was touching my drinks all over the top and when I took it, one felt empty so I opened it and saw that it was indeed almost empty. I refused to accept the cooldrink that way. I accepted the half full cooldrink because we had no soda to go with our meals and half a cup was better than the alternative, I also removed the top completely after the driver handled it. I cannot blame the restaurants in this case (Pedros for the failed order, and McDonald's for spilled cooldrink) because these establishments are not responsible for the delivery part. I am disgusted with Mr Delivery and I will not be using them in the future. The lack of communication, the rudeness from the driver, the delayed deliveries, and the time I wasted waiting for food or trying to contact them all make up such an awful experience. Definitely will NOT RECOMMEND!!!
