Mr Delivery fail

I've been placing orders with kfc and mcdonalds through Mr Delivery. On numerous occasions for the past 3 hours my orders have been failing and the only thing being credited is my Mr D credit wallet. I have literally placed SEVERAL orders only to receive the same outcome. I have a 2 year old that has been waiting hours for lunch. This happened last night as well but I assumed it was because of loadshedding, but the same thing happened repeatedly today.
