Mr Delivery exposed for charging clients VAT on their already vat incl sales prices

I had a meeting with Anthony, a regional manager from Mr D. When the issue of VAT came up, it occured to me that Mr D, which is owned by takealot, is *****ULANTLY charging VAT on top of clients inclusive of VAT sales prices. When I challenged this practise, Anthony read out a statement from Mr D , which says: we consider the inclusive sales price as "JUST A NUMBER", and we add our VAT on that. How can SARS allow such blatant ***** to occur.
