Mr Delivery drivers *****ing food from customers

I Placed and order for some sushi via the app Order No DFD***5. when you drive arrived he told me he had eating parts of my order (the tempura prawns) and then sped away before i even had a chance to respond or check my order. what kind of service are you running here. People trust your drivers with their food and they are *****ing from the customer. I would like to know what action will be taken here or will you just ignore it like all my other attempts to communicate with you.
