Mr. Delivery drivers not adhering to COVID Regulations

My food was open when I received it, the bag carrying the food was not opened infront of me it was already open. The driver was not wearing a mask and refused to deliver the food to my door. I have wasted my money buying food that I cannot eat because it was mishandled potentially exposing me to COVID-19 and other bacteria #######rating_tags####### mishandled food, unprofessional driver
