Mr Delivery drivers eat orders whilst on delivery.

Please be advised, I am disgusted with the behavior of Mr Delivery's service as well as the behavior of their drivers. I made an order, using the app, on 13 December 2023 for a Mcdonalds meal and paid for my meal but my meal was delivered to me with the seal already being ********** before it was delivered to me and the seal was just placed over the ripped packet. When I opened the Coke, it was 3/4 filled and half of the medium chips inside the packet was eaten. I was therefore unable to eat the meal and had not eaten anything for the day due to this. I then logged a ticket with pictures of the tampered food and Coke and the next day, they had gotten back to me and a guy at customer services sent me another meal. This meal was also tampered with and the seal was also undone when it arrived at my place of work. This time, I told the driver, a different driver from the previous day, that I am not accepting the meal and that he needs to wait whilst I take photos of the condition in which I received the food. . The Coke and the chips were again half full and I did not accept the order. I then phoned Mr Delivery and spoke to another lady and she had told me that I will get a refund, and I paid in cash for the meal, I would like cash back and not a Mr Delivery app refund since I WILL NOT use their services again. The lady had told me that she will get back to me on that and a month has passed and I still have no refund, no feedback and just utter disregard by Mr Delivery regarding my issue. Patrons, please note, the lady that I spoke to from Mr Delivery is aware that this is a regular occurrence with their drivers eating customers food.
