MR Delivery Drivers

I ordered food two weeks back while at work. I then received a notification that the driver has arrived. So I immediately worked to reception and told my colleagues to tell reception that I am already on the way as they would normally call. To my disappointment, when I got there there was no driver and there was no food. I walked up to our second reception point and there was no food.

I re-ordered for the food but this time the security could not let the driver in because he did not have a licence. So their drivers are irresponsibly driving without a licence. Mr Ds shocking explanation was that the driver is foreigner. I asked if the driver does not have a licence at all because he is a foreigner with no documents or maybe at the time he did not have it with him. I am still waiting for feedback.

The same thing happened today. Placed an order. The driver arrived completed the order immediately and left. I just got a refund from MR D but no explanation. After waiting for almost an hour for food I have no food. and I have to go get food.
