mr delivery driver took cash for order which was already laid for via eft

I ordered 2 order for pizza last night. One for my family and the second one later for my neighbor who doesnt have internet. My neigbour gave the money to my mom and my mother when the driver came to deliver my neigbours oizza she gave the money to the driver but the order was already paid for via eft because the app doesnt allow cash payments because of corona. The driver took the money and didnt say a word knowing fully that no cash payments is allowed. I went to romanz pizza at Okavango shopping centre to find out if they have the drivers' details because every restaurant should have a sign in book where you sign in incase there is a out break of corona. So the guys there told me they dont have a sign in book, which means they are not following the lockdown rules. I just think it is really unprofessional and ******* of the driver to accept cash for a order which was already paid for and had a 10% tip already added to the order and payment
