Mr Delivery driver ate my food..delivered half eaten

Recently ordered a meal for delivery. Pork chops meal from Spur Northgate, when the meal arrived half the pork chops has been eaten. When I complained to Mr delivery and even sent them a picture, they sent me a voucher for R35. What am I supposed to do when R35 when the meal the driver are was over R100? NO responsibility was taken and yes I'm still ****ed. Mostly because I had to complain over and over again before they even responded with a weak "That not how we do business her is R35 rand"
