Mr Delivery don't deliver

After placing an order from Mr Delivery, the app showed it as picked up at 20:16 ETA 20:32. At 20:54 I phoned the first time to inquire where my delivery was to which I was told that it would be followed up. I had no response. At 21:14 it showed my order as delivered, yet, I was still waiting for my delivery. Complete amateur hour.
