Mr Delivery doesn’t want to refund me

On the 4th of April i made a purchase on mr d app to which it took them nearly 3 hours to deliver without giving a reason or update or reason why that happened. I called the restaurant and they were rude and advise it was mr ds fault not theirs. I called mr ds call centre and i was advised i will get the refund to my wallet same day. I then asked for the money to be refunded to my account and i was advised it takes 5 working days and that it will be paid to the card that was last used. Great i waiting 7 days later the money wasn’t in my account I followed up and only to be told the money was paid but the a different card. When i ask who gave them instructions to do so they couldn’t answer. I told this will be sorted i must provide then with the correct card details to which i did. The following day I received an email asking for my 4 months bank statement this is when i lost it. Then a gentleman by the name oof Siyyabulelwa jumped in a promised me the world. A month later I haven’t received my money. Pay my money back please!!!!
