Mr delivery doesn't deliver- unprofessional and unreliable

Would of rated under 1 star if possible.

Most unprofessional, unreliable service provided rather stick to uber eats.

On 29/11 work colleges and I placed an order of R303.50 after over half an hour of waiting the order was rejected, the funds did not return to account and inconveniently stays on a wallet that pays out in 5 days, nevertheless we decided to pick another restaurant and purchase something different, we ordered kfc (Order: #DFD***6) at 19:47 which was accepted by store with proposed delivery time of 20:28, by 20:41 the app shows delivered and we go outside and wait for 15 minutes with no show from the driver, money debited and no details to communicate with the driver on the app, we contacted Robyn Salie from Mr Delivery who said the driver picked up and didnt deliver and will resend the order which we accepted, after waiting 45 minutes later with no communication we called back to ask what was happening, Mr D refunded us and did not say anything, after waiting a call from Mujahid to apologize for service, he promised to arrange for a senior manager to call back the next day which still hasn't happened, the total refund was supposed to be escalated which was not done, I requested a refund immediately and not have to wait 5 days as I paid for a service I did not receive and I had to spend twice to order again from uber eats, this is a totally inconvenient delivery app with a lack of customer service, all I am waiting for and after requesting for is my funds back so I can remove this useless app and continue using uber eats.

Absolutely shocking and pathetic service.
