Mr Delivery doesn't deliver poor service

When placing an order online, I expect it to be delivered and with no pre warning, my order was to be collected. After the food has been standing for an hour, I either still collect or forfeit my R300. Thuli from Mr d, was an absolute nightmare and couldn't care and just doing her job. No customer care. I now have to drive 20 minutes to and another 20 minutes back to collect. What is Mr delivery then doing if not delivering my food. I've deleted this app. Never to be used again.
