Mr Delivery doesn't Deliver

There have been numerous occasions where I would keep getting the wrong order or there would be missing items. The first few times I complained, I got coupons which kept me quiet. The worst was Fish Aways. 8/10 times they can't get their orders correct. If it's not the wrong sauce then they don't give you your sauce or what you ordered. (The sauce that you pay for btw. )

After a certain amount of times you complain... and not for fun might I add, Mr Delivery just sent me a message to say they are investigating and for a whole week they haven't updated me. I mean if they delivered the correct items, there would be no need for me to complain in the first place. I feel that I should be getting what I pay for, is that difficult to understand ?

So I ended up complaining on their website. They did respond and resolved my issue. I was pretty annoyed that I had to find so many different ways to get hold of them however, I'm glad it was resolved.

I ordered today again with them. I ordered the McDonald's sharebox and an apple pie. I was already concerned that they might forget my apple pie. And as I expected, they forgot it. I luckily opened the order in front of the driver. He saw that the apple pie was missing and said he will quickly go collect it. As he was out I found that my nuggets were also missing. I quickly tried to call the driver and he let me talk to the manager at McDonalds (Edenvale) then they also delivered the nuggets.

I'm annoyed that I have such bad luck with Mr Delivery but the service I got from the driver and the manner the Edenvale McDondalds resolved it was excellent. I'm just disappointed that there isn't an easier and more efficient way to communicate with MrD.
