Mr Delivery does not want to take responsibility when things go wrong - food order messed up

Order (#DFD***9) - and Zendesk #***8 refers. There was a problem with my food (Spur Utah Milnerton (#DFD***9)).....I have ordered half a schnitzel WITH Chips and Onion Rings and half a peppermint crisp tart with CREAM.....

When the food arrived there were NO chips & onion rings.....not sure what the people who prep the food were smoking or drinking, but I cannot eat a schnitzel alone with a piece of lemon.

Then the peppermint Crisp tart was HOT when I took it out ..... not your normal hot from fetching the food and delivery.....I mean that tart did not see a fridge today.... then thirdly I ordered CREAM NOT ice cream....they send ice cream....

They got this entire order wrong....and I had to eat a piece of chicken with nothing.

I have send 2 emails and a phone call and Mr Delivery could not be phased to look into this issue.... really. You want us to use your service but you do not want to take responsibility when things go wrong.... remember your services go beyond food delivery as my takealot parcels is also coming from you.... I will let takealot HO know that the Mr D service is *******! Why make use of such company that just care about money and not the actual client. You have already paid us - hahaha you sucker we already got your money why bother reading or replying to your complaint.
