Mr Delivery does NOT Deliver!!!!!!!!!

If there was a minus rating I would give it to Mr Delivery right now! At 11:20 I ordered lunch using the Mr Delivery app for my Aunt for her birthday. I ordered from the KFC in Pinetown. The R168.00 happily came off my bank account and yet my order could not get processed. I got a hmmm something went wrong pop up on the screen. I have emailed twice and got the generic email back and the number does not work! I want my money back. My poor Aunt can't get lunch today on her birthday and I am out of R168.00. If I was to try and reverse the money with my bank I would be charged over R400 to do it and so clearly that is not an option. What a bunch of ******.
